Summary: I recently stayed at this apartment and had a comfortable experience overall. The apartment itself was clean, well-kept, and matched the listing description. It was conveniently located near the train, which made commuting easy. Fanny was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.That said, there are a few things worth mentioning for future guests. The apartment is located in an area that may not be ideal for everyone. I’d recommend looking up the neighborhood beforehand to ensure it aligns with your comfort level and expectations. Additionally, the building’s common areas were in poor condition—the central lobby had a persistent foul odor, damaged mailboxes, and visible wear on the walls. I often found myself rushing through just to get past the smell.Once inside, however, the apartment provided a clean, safe, and relaxing space. With some improvements to the shared areas and more transparency about the neighborhood, this could be an even better stay.
